As a Junior Scrum Master, apply your initial training in Scrum practices to guide and support emerging Agile teams. Your role involves assisting in the coordination of sprints, managing Scrum ceremonies, and helping the team adhere to agile principles, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. What you will do: - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile practices and principles. - Work with the development team to identify and address impediments to their workflow. - Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure a well-maintained product backlog and effective sprint planning. - Foster a team environment that encourages self-organization and continuous improvement. - Monitor and report on team performance, helping the team to meet their commitments. - Assist in conflict resolution and building a productive team culture. Here’s what we are looking for: - 1+ year of experience with Scrum Master. - Good understanding of basic algorithms and data structures. - Basic knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git. - Ability to solve problems effectively and learn new technologies quickly. - Good level of English.
