**Responsibilities**: - Conducting end to end recruitment activities from sourcing to job offer: - Coordinating with Business Development, Account Management, Finance, IT and Facilities teams in ensuring all client requirements are addressed and delivered to budget and client expectations - Attending recruitment calibration calls - Developing and maintaining a rich network and continuous flow of talents across the IT, Sales & Marketing, Engineering/Industrial, Accounting & Finance and Back Office/Business Support practice areas. - Preparing assessment forms and quality-checking all documents being sent out to clients - Scheduling, facilitating and conducting briefs on client interviews - Updating records in the recruitment system - Preparing and executing job offer and employment contracts - Assist in the coordination of new hire onboarding logistics as deemed necessary - Submitting the required recruitment reports as scheduled - Understanding the market trends and conducting researches related to recruitment and sourcing activities to deliver strategic opportunities for the client and the company - Effectively demonstrating best practices and promote brand awareness **Requirements**: - A Bachelor’s Degree - At least 3 years' end-to-end Recruitment - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Multitasking and prioritization ability - Proven experience in targeted sourcing for hard to fill vacancies - Boolean Search - Experience in handling various types of clients from different countries and industries - Above Average Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) - Ability in working within faced paced and in changing environments across multiple systems **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
