The Legal Drafting Assistant will create and prepare legal documents and communicate effectively with our lawyers and staff. The Assistant will also help with organizing case files, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Qualifications MUST have a law degree from your respective country (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A LAW DEGREE) Canidate MUST be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish. Law and Legal Document Preparation skills Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, in multiple languages Experience working in the legal field Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and remotely Familiarity with legal software and online legal research tools is a plus Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or relevant field You will be asked to draft: Lawsuits Motions Legal memorandums You will be asked to submit an English writing sample.
