The Profile Qualifications 1–3 years in outbound sales, partnerships, or growth roles. Fluent English — clear, confident, without a heavy accent . Sharp writer. Strong communicator. Proactive, persistent, process-driven. Comfortable making cold contact daily. Experience with CRMs (Pipedrive a plus). A strong interest in beauty is a must – the more robust, the better.
