We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Expert to lead our FF&E; procurement team. With extensive experience in commercial projects, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials and products that meet project specifications and timelines. Key Responsibilities - Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for FF&E; products, negotiating pricing and terms to achieve the best deals. - Manage the procurement process from purchase order issuance to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment of project requirements. - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels. - Collaborate with design and project management teams to ensure purchased goods meet required specifications. - Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings and product enhancements. - Develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience, specifically in FF&E; for commercial projects. - Proven experience in furniture manufacturing and understanding of the market. - Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills. - Proficiency in Italian is beneficial but not required. - Candidate must be based in Latin America.
