Job Opening Account Manager, Colombia As the Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the full spectrum of market activities and sales plans. You will support internal and external customers by providing sales assistance on assigned products and lead the sales team to represent the company's products. Responsibilities include support throughout the pre- and post-sales cycle for CALA Sales. This role is based in Bogota, Colombia . How You’ll Help Us Connect The World The Account Manager will have the following duties and responsibilities: Manage regional sales based on a clear understanding of business objectives, market segment dynamics, sales, and channel partner requirements, collaborating with regional marketing, portfolio, and global campaign leaders. Lead the design, development, and execution of regional sales plans and programs to build brand awareness. Collaborate across teams to support a robust, respected, and efficient marketing ecosystem, demonstrating CommScope's culture and values daily. Work closely with Distribution/Channel Sales, System Engineering, Product Line Management, and other stakeholders to project manage and implement sales programs. Provide regional sales forecasts. Guide and interpret competitive analysis efforts within the Colombian and Ecuadorian markets. Position products and value propositions; support regional sales teams and lead the regional sales team in the DC. Manage sales functions to serve the DC marketplace, maintaining CommScope’s leadership position with customers. Coordinate customer service, logistics, marketing, and collections to ensure quality service. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. At least 7 years of commercial experience, preferably B2B. Technical knowledge in Telecommunications, Fiber, and Data Center. Fluent in English and Spanish.
