Job Description As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing business operations in a region or country. This includes overseeing internal and external strategic issues and opportunities, as well as driving initiatives through business intelligence to enhance operational efficiency and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automation tools, data engineering principles, and statistical modeling. You will develop robust data models to support predictive analytics, segmentation, customer behavior analysis, and forecasting. Additionally, you will translate complex business requirements into efficient data solutions using SQL, Python, or R, and collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure accuracy and scalability. You will also build and maintain interactive dashboards for various stakeholders, including commercial, care, and strategy teams. Presenting analytical findings and model outputs to senior management with actionable recommendations is a key part of this role. Other responsibilities include identifying opportunities for operational improvement through automation and data modeling, working with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and develop technical solutions, and ensuring high standards of data integrity, security, and compliance with internal policies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or certifications in data analytics or automation tools is an advantage. 3-5 years of experience in data automation, analytics, or data modeling roles is necessary. Telecom or service industry experience, especially in commercial or customer operations, is preferred. Technical skills include proficiency in English (B1+), advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data manipulation tools, experience with data visualization tools, and strong understanding of data modeling concepts. Soft skills include strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment.
