We are seeking an experienced structural engineer to fill a key position in our growing team. About the Role: This is a unique opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial designs, including wood, concrete, and metal structures, with a strong focus on remodeling, additions, and foundation design. Key Responsibilities: - Perform structural analysis and design of wood framing, concrete slabs and beams, and steel structures - Prepare construction documents and calculations for permitting - Design foundations, additions, and structural modifications for remodeling projects - Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and permitting authorities - Review plans for code compliance and constructability - Provide support to US-licensed engineers for sealed plan preparation Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering - Minimum 3 years of structural design experience, preferably with Florida-based projects - Strong knowledge of US building codes (IBC, ASCE, NDS, ACI) - Experience with remodeling, foundation designs, and additions - Proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD (required) - Professional-level English (able to read, write, and communicate fluently with US teams and clients) Skill Requirements - Civil or Structural Engineering Degree - Structural Design Experience - US Building Codes Knowledge - Revit and AutoCAD Proficiency - Professional-Level English Skills This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and collaborate with experienced professionals.
