Product and Project Management Professional The position of Technical Solutions Support Analyst is critical in bringing the voice of the client into the design, development, and successful deployment of products and solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the Commercial and Money Movement Solutions landscape in all regions, including B2B payments, cross-border payments, expense management, travel solutions, compliance, and data solution products. Key responsibilities include: - Working closely with internal teams to understand client objectives and seek out solutions. - Resolving customer requests within agreed timeframes. - Identifying trends and patterns to address and limit client impact. - Proactively resolving, owning, and managing stakeholder communication on business and technical problems. - Maintaining workflow balance and reducing case resolution times. - Serving as an escalation point for service issues impacting clients. - Providing technical consultation and problem resolution to clients. - Building and enhancing positive working relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders. This is a hybrid position. Expectations regarding days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
