We are looking for a passionate individual in Bogotá to provide on-site technical support, focusing on computer equipment maintenance and repair, with experience in data networks and servers. Job Responsibilities: 𘫬 Provide technical support to internal and external customers. Support commercial management in the registration of guarantees and updates. Respond to requests from the sales area for updates/repairs according to requirements. Conduct periodic visits to clients for corrective and preventive actions. Execute technical support services according to the client's needs. Control the entry of equipment for management of contracted services. Participate in meetings to estimate future services. Plan the operation to meet the agreed deadlines. Notify and follow up with technical management reports. Perform cloning and add hardware. Label equipment according to provided definitions. Prepare equipment for delivery. Review invoices for technical cases handled by third parties. We offer: Stable contract with competitive conditions.
