BAT has an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner in BAT Bogotá, Colombia This position is responsible for coordinating, analyzing, and executing key human resources functions such as recruitment, compensation, technical and managerial training, payroll management, social welfare, talent, and induction. This is achieved through the annual planning of support areas, ensuring compliance with the programs and policies of the area under the guidelines of the Human Resources Directorate. Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinate and conduct the Recruitment and Selection process (including recruitment events, interviews, assessment centers, safety visits, referral coordination, medical examinations, admission document reception, induction, and training process coordination) to ensure the availability of qualified staff in a timely manner. Execute processes related to Compensation and Budget, such as head-count control (including temporary workers), personnel movements, salary increases, and job description updates, to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness. Coordinate and execute activities defined by Reward Management, such as grants, recognitions, and discount agreements for workers. Advise Business Areas on actions and practices to ensure an adequate organizational climate, contributing to a high quality of work life perception. Coordinate the administration of the Collective Agreement clauses by reviewing requirements and documents, ensuring their correct fulfillment. Deliver the TRM cycle and support processes like Perform, Develop, and Leadership potential calibration. Coach line managers to handle operational Employee Relations issues such as grievances and disciplinary matters. Advise line managers on involuntary and voluntary exits, and perform exit interviews. What are we looking for? At least 3-4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in the commercial department. Solid understanding of strategy, policies, and processes related to Talent, OE, Reward. Proven ability to persuade, influence, and build credibility with senior stakeholders. Excellent coaching, mentoring, and relationship-building skills. Ability to learn quickly and a commitment to self-development. Resilience and tenacity to deliver results in an environment of ambiguity. Advanced English written and spoken skills. What we offer you?
