About the Role: We seek a dynamic and consultative Digital Health Solutions Consultant to drive adoption of innovative technologies across healthcare institutions in LATAM. This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming patient care and operational efficiency through digital innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead consultative sales efforts by identifying client needs and aligning tailored digital health value propositions. - Engage with C-level executives and clinical stakeholders to co-create digital transformation roadmaps. - Deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and lead commercial negotiations with a focus on business outcomes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, implementation, regional) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. - Facilitate innovation workshops to showcase emerging technologies and inspire client adoption. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine go-to-market strategies. - Report on commercial performance and client engagement using dashboards and regular feedback loops with the LATAM cluster. - Manage a robust pipeline of public and private healthcare institutions using CRM tools to track leads and opportunities. Required Skills & Experience: - 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales or solution consulting, preferably in healthtech, medtech, or enterprise tech (SaaS, digital health, EMR). - Proven track record managing complex sales cycles and engaging senior stakeholders in healthcare systems. - Fluent in Spanish with advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level). - Expertise in value-based selling and translating clinical/operational challenges into digital solutions. - Proficient in CRM tools and comfortable in data-driven sales environments. - Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, capable of working independently in a matrixed organization. - Willingness to travel across LATAM for key client engagements and industry events.
