Job Overview The Category Management & Shopper Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in developing, managing, and controlling shopper marketing initiatives across Latam. This involves creating marketing stimuli along the path to purchase that engages shoppers, builds brand equity, and drives incremental sales for our categories and products within each channel and cluster. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute Shopper marketing strategies (Toolkits) across countries, aligning with brand priorities, strategies, channels, and customer objectives. - Direct and manage Shopper agencies, ensuring effective execution of campaigns. - Develop shopper research to identify actionable insights per market, guiding the development of shopper platforms and visibility guidelines along the path to purchase. - Analyze how shoppers in LATAM make purchasing decisions, including different influences, purchasing power, needs, preferences, driving sales, loyalty, and brand awareness. - Guide local teams in in-store brand execution, including planograms, displays, locations, visibility actions, portfolios, guidelines, Do's, and Don'ts per brand. - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute strategies in support of brand objectives. - Promote and develop Category Management Plans/Programs across Customers/Region, focusing on market data, consumer behavior, and retailer needs. - Lead category visions and retail's category plans, conducting portfolio assessments and optimizations to identify the perfect mix balancing sales and profitability. - Create and implement shelf planograms for assigned categories based on detailed analysis of past performance, results, and category insights. Requirements - Bachelor Degree required. - Fluent in English (oral and written). - Experience with computer programs: JDA / Spaceman, Nielsen/ Space Planning. - Office and Outlook management experience. - Minimum 3 - 5 years in consumer product goods Category Management, Marketing, or Trade Marketing. - At least 2 years of experience in Shopper marketing/Category Management. Preferred Skills - Multi mass PC Segments (Skin Care; Shampoo; Deodorants; Feminine Care; Sun Care; R&B;'s) business experience. - Experience and knowledge of
