As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Senior Executive People Planner (Resource Management Specialist) who will: Develop and maintain comprehensive resource allocation strategies using advanced tracking systems, Conduct strategic analysis of resource capacity and demand forecasting, Make data-driven decisions for optimal talent placement across global markets, Execute timely updates of resource allocations in tracking systems, Manage and update HR lifecycle changes including new hires, resignations, and special leave arrangements, Process and integrate new demand requests into resource planning frameworks, Daily data update, Prepare and distribute with the PP Manager montly executive reports using PowerBI analytics and tracking data, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resource strategies with business objectives, Build comprehensive knowledge of regional markets, resources utilization, and specific business requirements, Coordinate set-up calls for individual team members and the PP Manager to establish operational awareness of each person's skillsets, career aspirations, and development needs, from an operation view, Identify opportunities for strategic resource optimization and team development.
