Plan A Technologies is looking for a Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidate should have experience managing complex software development projects and be comfortable writing business requirements documents in English. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead projects from kick-off through go-live and post-production, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and clearly defined success criteria. Act as the primary contact point for stakeholders, communicating project status, risks, and progress. Analyze and verify feature requests from the stakeholders, define required changes, and verify with the product owner. Coordinate and manage all aspects of fixed price and T&M projects, including scope, schedule, budget/costs, resources, and dependencies. Interface with clients daily, holding demos and managing expectations. Present requirements to the team, support the team on requirements and minimize time spent by the team to elaborate on requirements for their current tasks. Participate in the presales process — elicit high-level scope and prepare required deliverables. Facilitate UAT/production deployments and manage releases. Prepare the WBS/Roadmap and resource plans. Establish governance models, manage virtual teams, and resolve people management issues. Implement organizational best practices on the projects. Create project management and communication plans, escalation procedures, change & risk management, as well as Agile ceremonies. Create metrics and manage program-level performance indicators and metrics. Serve as a subject matter expert on multiple complex technical topics. Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the program management function. EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, or related field. 8+ years experience in program management with increasing levels of responsibility. Experience overseeing large multimillion-dollar projects with many stakeholders. Expertise in delivering enterprise solutions, with at least five successful commercial projects, including Fixed price projects. Excellent client-facing and communication skills. Knowledge of the full product development cycle, from pre-sales to post-production support. Confidence to lead a team of 20+ members, including people management. Experience managing and organizing several work streams with different priorities. Experience allocating teams to complete projects within timeline, budget, and scope. Experience creating, monitoring, and updating project plans. Experience removing roadblocks and mitigating identified risks. Experience in creating and maintaining documentation: Solution Requirements, backlog items in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria, and use cases. Experience in modeling via BPMN, ERD, state, and scope
