As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering innovative solutions that empower customers to manage their subscription lifecycle with ease and at scale. Your primary objective will be to ideate and prioritize customer-centric solutions that address complex problems and opportunities in the market. You will own and manage theme-based visions that align with strategic objectives and deliver tangible outcomes. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to motivate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of modern technology and database concepts. Experience working with SQL is highly desirable. A background in subscription billing and management is also beneficial. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, enabling you to influence at the C-suite level and drive successful collaboration across different levels of stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Perform research on problem spaces/opportunity areas to identify innovative and differentiated customer-centric solutions. - Own, manage, and defend theme-based visions that align with strategic objectives. - Be the subject matter expert in your area, motivating internal and external stakeholders with your vision and planned outcomes. - Look across all products, features, and functionality to create holistic solutions that solve problems or realize opportunities. - Break down big ideas into deliverable chunks of functionality, prioritizing items with the highest return on investment first. - Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with leaders on Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams to drive successful product launches. Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience delivering product and features at a B2B SaaS company, including experience taking features from 0-1. - Experience as a team/functional leader liaising between teams and senior leadership, improving processes, and embodying company culture. - Working knowledge of modern technology and database concepts (SQL experience a major plus). - Subscription billing and management experience is a nice-to-have. - Experience collaborating with engineering and technology teams to drive product development is a must. - Strong written and verbal communication skills that drive clarity and influence at the C-suite level.
