Automation, API integration & Salesforce Developer (Contract, Remote) Salary range: $2600 - $2900 per month We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer for a 3-month contract (with potential for extension) to support a medical device company undergoing a major technical and organizational transition. This role is critical to maintaining and advancing the company’s Salesforce infrastructure and its integrations with key platforms and partners. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with experience optimizing Salesforce environments and integrating third-party tools. You'll be working closely with the Head of Product and a lean cross-functional team to ensure continuity and support for high-priority projects. Location: Remote (LATAM candidates strongly preferred due to timezone alignment) Duration: 3 months to start, with possible extension Compensation: Competitive, based on experience Start Date: Immediate Contract Requirements: Must be willing to sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) Key Responsibilities Maintain and optimize the Salesforce instance, focusing on reducing manual processes and improving data flows. Implement and support key integrations, including: Salesforce + Hey Market Salesforce + Calendly Salesforce → Hailie (enrollment → backend sync) Salesforce + RingCentral (call center integration) Hailie + Zoom Hailie + Calendly Hailie → Stripe Manufacturer (Hana) → ERP Hailie device order → Salesforce → Shipping & Handling Salesforce → Shipping & Handling (S&H) Build and automate monthly reporting for providers, practices, and customers. Continuously improve existing Salesforce workflows and flows to streamline operations and reduce redundant data entry. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Strong understanding of Salesforce flows, automation, and custom objects Experience with platform integrations using APIs and third-party tools (e.g., Calendly, Stripe, Zoom, RingCentral) Experience working with health-tech platforms or regulated industries (HIPAA knowledge a plus) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment Excellent communication skills and fluent English Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including product and finance Availability to work EST hours (or similar) This is a unique opportunity to support an impactful mission in respiratory health while helping to stabilize and modernize an essential technical ecosystem during a pivotal phase.
