Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Media Specialist to join our media team and support our campaign management efforts. As a DSP Media Specialist, you will work closely with our media team to create, monitor, and track programmatic advertising campaigns for our clients on Amazon and Omni-Channel Retailers. Programmatic advertising continues to gain momentum around the world, with programmatic media purchases making up 85% of all digital ad spending in the US and just over 80% in Europe. Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage DSP display & video campaigns and budget pacing - Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, analytics, and performance insights for digital marketing campaigns - Collaborate closely with our team to learn campaign management best practices and optimization levers - Build out key metric reports, track progress and trends, and effectively communicate campaign results and insights during reporting calls - Create, test, measure and analyze customer shopping and purchasing behavior for improved outcomes - Work cross-functionally with different stakeholders across the media and e-commerce teams - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates, flagging potentially relevant updates for the team - Continuously support the development and improvement of operational processes within the team to drive efficiency Requirements: Experience in campaign management and digital advertising, specifically with Amazon Advertising or The Trade Desk preferred but not required Proficiency in using tools such as Excel, or third-party platforms to extract and interpret data Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate campaign performance and recommendations to internal stakeholders Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and work on multiple tasks simultaneously Great attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work
