Senior IT and Security Specialist We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior IT and Security Specialist. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the technological infrastructure that supports our systems, tools, and digital assets. In this role, you will play a key part in securing our environment, resolving technical issues, and ensuring everything runs smoothly for both on-site and remote teams. Your expertise in server administration, network architecture, and system security will be invaluable in driving our technology forward. Responsibilities: - Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain servers, networks, VPNs, and storage systems to ensure availability and performance. - Security Solutions: Deploy and configure firewalls, antivirus platforms, and other security measures to protect our digital assets. - Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in systems, networks, software, and hardware. - Backup Strategies: Implement backup strategies and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity. - Vulnerability Assessment: Conduct vulnerability assessments and apply security patches or mitigations to prevent breaches. - Compliance: Ensure systems and processes comply with data protection laws and security standards. - Technical Support: Provide support to teams, prioritize and assign technical support tickets. - Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of incidents, solutions, and updates. - Knowledge Sharing: Stay informed on IT trends and suggest innovative solutions. Collaborate with other departments on technical projects and studio-wide improvements. - Mentorship: Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, promoting a culture of growth and knowledge sharing. Requirements: - Experience: 4+ years of experience as an Infrastructure and Security Analyst. - Skills: Strong knowledge of server administration (Linux & Windows), network architecture, and system security. Hands-on experience with firewall configuration, VPNs (IPSEC/SSL), cloud + on-premise environments, and scripting (basic level). - Proficiency: Proficient in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and network shares. Experience in vulnerability assessment, incident management, and secure systems design. - Familiarity: Familiarity with Google Workspace and Office 365 administration. Strong communication and customer service skills for supporting users under pressure. - Culture Fit: Experience working in fast-paced technology environments (video games or software development preferred). Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. - Languages: Intermediate English proficiency (B1 or higher) for documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
