About the Role Roughly 20% of your role will involve classic executive assistant support—managing calendars, inboxes, scheduling, and travel. The remaining 80% will focus on marketing support, lead generation, data management, and assisting our market research project teams with recruiting efforts and outreach. What You’ll Be Doing - Manage CEO's calendar, inbox, travel logistics, and special tasks - Create professional-quality graphics, brochures, and flyers in Canva - Support the duplication and customization of Mailchimp newsletters - Run paid ads on Facebook and Instagram with precise audience targeting - Schedule and coordinate content across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram - Build lead lists using ZoomInfo and support outbound campaigns - Help monitor and support recruiting on market research projects - Use tools like Airtable, Go High Level, or Monday.com to manage workflows - Assist with data organization and reports in Excel - Stay ahead of the curve by completing online courses related to AI, funnels, and digital marketing (we’ll cover the cost) You’ll Be a Great Fit If You: - Speak and write fluent C2-level English - Are hyper-organized and excel in managing competing priorities - Have experience with Canva, Mailchimp, and running Meta ads - Are quick to pick up new tools and systems - Have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet - Love working remotely but thrive in team-oriented, fast-paced environments - Have a growth mindset and a natural curiosity to learn Bonus points if you’ve worked with: - ZoomInfo or Go High Level - Funnels or lead gen automations - Market research firms or recruiting projects About Focus Insite We’re a top-tier qualitative market research recruitment company that helps leading brands find the perfect participants for focus groups, interviews, and studies.
