Your main tasks will include supporting our marketing team with analysis of ongoing marketing campaigns (excel, dashboards etc) and Monitor business critical KPI's (revenue, costs, churn, conversion rates etc) and report to team and management. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. **Data Analyst Responsibilities**: - Support our marketing team with analysis of ongoing marketing campaigns (excel, dashboards etc) - Understand how to make data visually appealing and simple to both navigate and comprehend for end-users - Aggregate data from various sources to construct streamlined data pipelines and integrate data from multiple systems - Identify key metrics and build exec-facing dashboards to track the progress of the business and its highest priority initiatives - Identify key business levers, establish cause & effect, perform analyses, and communicate key findings to various stakeholders to facilitate data driven decision-making - Work closely across the matrix with teams like Finance, Marketing, Product, Engineering and senior executives - Monitor business critical KPI's (revenue, costs, churn, conversion rates etc) and report to team and management - Call out when performance is changing, analyze, inform and act upon with the wider PPC team. - Support PPC team in test analysis and performance, working closely with Insights & Analytics. - Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. - Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. - Performing requirements analysis. - Working closely with the ad spend department and analyze their numbers **Data Analyst Requirements**: - A bachelor’s degree in Computer or related field or Math, Engineering. - Experience with the following: Python, JavaScript, SQL, PHP - Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms - Demonstrated experience, familiarity and ease with handling large data sets and crunching numbers - Information Retrieval (search/recommendation/classification) experience or Human Judgment/User Interface experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simpler terms, and effectively influence both peers and senior leadership - A minimum of 5 years experience in data analysis or a related field. - Must be talented at detecting patterns - Master at using excel or google sheet - Experience with Google Ads (familiar with interface and data sorting/report downloads) a huge plus (but not a requirement) - Ambitious (we can provide long term career growth & self development) - Very picky and accurate in all you do (you understand success is all in the details that 95% of people don't bother caring about) - Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. - A track record of following through on commitments. - Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. - A history of leading and supporting successful projects. - Reliable & Trustworthy - Stable & fast computer internet **Salary**: $14,000,000 - $18,000,000 per month Application Question(s): **Experience**: - Data analysis skills: 2 years (required)
