We have a people-first culture, which has earned us multiple Best Place to Work awards. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (Senior/Lead) to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing end-to-end go-to-market plans, including segmentation, value propositions, positioning, and launch KPIs, for new AI features. The successful candidate will also create enablement toolkits to empower brand and regional teams to launch consistently and at scale. The ideal candidate will have experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or digital product management, with a focus on AI/ML-driven products. They should have demonstrated success in launching or scaling AI-powered experiences that delivered material lifts in revenue, AOV, CVR, or LTV. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data Science, Enterprise Marketing Technology, Creative, and Brand teams, to ensure AI features are fit-for-purpose and brand-right. They will present recommendations and results to senior leadership and influence investment and prioritization decisions.
