As an iLearn professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the different Learning Institutes and Business Units within our organization. This is a challenging opportunity that requires your expertise in training administration to drive business performance and growth. Key Responsibilities: - You will be responsible for performing iLearn administration activities to support local (site/business) requestors, ensuring seamless integration with their learning offer. - Contribute to process and service improvement and evolution for your perimeter, enhancing the overall learning experience. - Support local requestors (e.g., site manufacturing / quality teams) in operating their learning offer in iLearn, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing. - Align with our global iLearn Services Operations team by participating in regular coordination meetings and training update sessions, promoting best practices. - Develop and re-version specific learning objects such as Online Courses, On the Job Training, training curricula, creation of event/session for face-to-face training, and users profile creation and timely maintenance in accordance with iLearn User profile requirements. - Manage learning assignments, registration, and completion, as well as reporting management, to ensure accurate and timely data analysis. About You - Experience: Previous experience related to training administration is highly desirable. - Soft Skills: Stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to work independently are essential for this role. - Technical Skills: Experience/ability to work with Learning Management Systems is required. - Languages: Advanced English level is necessary, while Portuguese is desirable.
