Job description Job Summary: The Project Review Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring quality assurance and compliance on every completed solar installation. This position is responsible for conducting real-time reviews of project completion photos submitted by installation crews. The Coordinator will validate adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, and a foundational understanding of electrical systems and construction practices. Key Responsibilities: ●Review and evaluate incoming photo documentation from installation crews immediately upon project completion to ensure all required images are present and compliant with project standards. ●Verify that each project meets installation guidelines, internal quality standards, and relevant jurisdictional or utility requirements based on provided photo evidence. ●Identify any deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety violations, or incomplete work requiring follow-up or rescheduling. ●Collaborate with field crews, Operation Managers, and other teams to confirm project completion or raise red flags when issues arise. ●Maintain logs of project reviews, flag deficiencies, and assist in generating weekly compliance or performance reports for leadership. ●Provide recommendations on recurring field issues or common crew mistakes to support technician training and SOP updates. ●Confirm the proper submission and accuracy of the OSR (On-Site Review) and EOSR (End of Site Review) documentation for each project.


Requirements Qualifications: ●1–2 years of experience in construction, solar, or field operations support preferred. ●Exposure to electrical systems and/or general construction practices. ●Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint or OneDrive. ●Ability to quickly navigate photo folders, digital checklists, and review software. ●Comfortable navigating project management tools and photo storage systems. ●Ability to interpret job photos, OSRs, and EOSRs in context of design plans. ●Basic understanding of electrical components such as inverters, panels, meters, conduits, and disconnects. ●Ability to read and interpret one-line diagrams and plan sets for residential or commercial solar installations. ●Ability to read and interpret installation photos with a focus on workmanship and compliance. ●Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ●Reliable, proactive communicator with problem-solving instincts.
