We are seeking a talented and versatile leader to join our team and play a key role in developing and executing our business plan. The Role Manage and execute employee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires. Plan and coordinate company events, including monthly activities and the annual holiday party. Oversee employee recognition programs for birthdays, work anniversaries, and other milestones. Assist in posting job listings on various job boards as directed by the HR Manager or HR Specialist. Support the implementation and analysis of the annual employee satisfaction survey. Ideal Profile No specific HR degree required—experience and passion matter most! Strong event planning and coordination skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in basic HR software and job posting platforms. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization. You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders. You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard. You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
