We're seeking a dynamic HR Operations Manager to lead our LATAM region, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services and contributing to our global HR strategy. Reporting to the Global HR Operations Director, you'll be instrumental in optimizing HR processes, fostering a high-performing team, and ensuring compliance with local and global standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the HR landscape in a fast-paced, international organization. What You'll Do: Oversee end-to-end HR service delivery across LATAM, managing employee data, Tier 1 inquiries, benefits, leave, and reporting. Translate global HR strategies into effective regional operational plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Drive regional initiatives to optimize self-service capabilities and standardize HR processes globally. Develop and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the HR Admin team, ensuring prompt and high-quality service. Cultivate a customer-first culture, ensuring all employee interactions are professional and solution-focused. Lead, mentor, and develop HR Administrators, fostering a high-performance, accountable team. Identify and resolve operational challenges, escalating complex issues as needed. Manage HR reporting and analytics, providing accurate insights for data-driven decision-making. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, collaborating with Legal and HR leadership. Collaborate with other regional HR Operations Managers to share best practices and drive consistency across regions. Utilize and optimize HR systems, HCM platforms, and self-service portals to improve efficiency. What You'll Bring: Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR operations experience, preferably in a global company. 2+ years of experience leading and developing HR teams. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Highly proficiency in English (mandatory). Strong knowledge of HR systems, HCM platforms, and self-service portals. Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in a fast-paced global organization. Deep understanding of employee data administration, benefits, leave management, and HR reporting. Customer-centric mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proactive and solution oriented.
