A Los Angeles based employment law firm is looking for a Remote Licensed Attorney to join its team. The candidate must be licensed in his/her country as an attorney. The requirement for this position is 1+ year experience working for a US-based law firm. Although not required, there is a strong preference for candidates with experience in employment law. The position will be focused primarily discovery and intake management, which includes the following job duties: -Draft discovery requests and responses -Interview clients and gather information and documents -Manage and oversee the intake department consisting of 3 intake specialists -Review incoming leads and decide whether to decline, retain, or refer to another firm -Additional task such as drafting, document management, incoming calls, client follow ups, etc. may be assigned from time-to-time.
