Job Responsibilities - Manage renewals below 15K, cross/upsell, and refresh opportunities using the Renewal Tracking System (RTS). Close deals to meet quarterly quotas. - Drive revenue from the SMB segment in installed base accounts. - Manage full sales cycle, working closely with partners and distributors. - Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets. - Develop and execute account plans for top accounts. - Forecast and manage opportunities in Salesforce.com. - Complete weekly activity reports and keep Salesforce updated. - Identify and report issues during calls, such as partner neglect or product implementation problems. - Participate in weekly forecast meetings and 1:1 sessions with the team lead.
