**JOB DUTIES**: - Assist with the maintenance / support of A\V technologies. - Complete assigned requests and incidents based on ITSM platform. - Conduct hardware preparation and setup for end users. - Investigate, research and resolve technical related issues related to hardware, software (purchased and proprietary) related to enterprise operation. - Ensure completion of assigned projects in a timely manner. - Contribute to the Service Now Knowledge Base. - Test hardware and software for future upgrades. - Adhere to and communicate IT Service management policies and procedures.Perform other related duties as needed. **OTHER IMPORTANT DUTIES**: - Assist with the development of an ITSM platform. - Maintain updated knowledge on computer hardware / software. - Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the Remote Center Secure Data Center. **Knowledge**: - Basic working knowledge of desktop / laptop, hardware and software support. - Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, locating IP or TCP/IP addresses, VPN software, supporting remote and on-site users. - Basic knowledge of Active Directory - Basic understanding of ITSM tools required to deliver exceptional IT service to all business units. **Skills**: - Basic verbal and written communication skills. (English) - Basic problem-solving skills. - Excellent Interpersonal skills. - Analytical skills with an ability to think logically and be able to make correct decisions - Ability to make recommendations for courses of action to address hardware / software related issues. - Ability to provide first level problem diagnoses for laptop / desktop hardware / software issues. - Ability to adapt to organizational change and shifting priorities. **Education**: - High school diploma or equivalent. **Experience;** - 1 - 2 years’ experience and / or training in an enterprise technical support or equivalent. - Professional certifications a plus (A+, MCP or Microsoft Desktop Support) preferably.
