Our Public-Private Partnership Transactions Advisory department provides financial advisory services to client governments to increase access to infrastructure and social services by facilitating private investments. Job Overview We support PPP project implementation with responsibilities including business development and project support in the Andean Region and Southern Cone. The team acts as Lead Transaction Advisor for PPP projects across sectors such as power, water, transportation, digital, waste-to-energy, health, and education. Key Responsibilities - Develop financial analysis and models to assess project feasibility. - Support in selecting consultants, drafting terms of reference, RFPs, and funding applications. - Assist in business development activities: preparing pitchbooks, proposals, mandates, marketing documents, and roadshows. - Support project scoping, financial modeling, and analysis. - Manage project execution documentation and internal approval processes. - Coordinate with departments including environmental, social, legal, and investment teams. - Understand the program for assigned countries and assess PPP opportunities. - Perform additional duties as requested, developing capacity to work independently and proactively. Selection Criteria - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in PPP transaction advisory, project finance, M&A;, privatization, or private equity. - Proven ability in financial modeling and analysis. - Experience in infrastructure sectors; sector trends and legal knowledge are a plus. - Strong teamwork skills in diverse teams. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
