Main Responsibilities: Plan and execute the marketing and communications calendar, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels; Manage end-to-end campaigns — from concept creation to omnichannel activation (online and offline); Drive branding projects, trade marketing initiatives, activations, and events; Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (product, digital, retail) and external partners (agencies, suppliers, etc.); Manage project timelines and ensure effective coordination across all stakeholders; Monitor and analyse key campaign KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization; Ensure the evolution and coherence of brand identity across all customer interactions. Requirements & Profile: University degree in Marketing, Communication, Management or related fields; Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role focused on campaign execution and brand development; Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish; Marketing expertise within fashion, home décor, lifestyle segments, combined with up-to-date knowledge of digital trends; Hands-on, creative, and execution-driven profile with attention to detail; A passionate, and innovative leader, with ability to inspire and motivate teams; Excellent communication and project management skills; Planning and organizational skills; Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Passionate about retail and consumer experiences.
