Position Title: Biligual Recruiter B2+/C1 level Modality: (Available for Medellín, Bogotá, Barranquilla, Cali) We are seeking a Caregiver Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruitment of homecare professionals. This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare recruitment, strong organizational skills, and a passion for building meaningful relationships with candidates. Key Responsibilities Identify, screen, and recruit qualified caregivers for homecare roles Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, resume screening, interviews, assessments, and hiring Maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future needs Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Use platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and healthcare-specific job boards to attract top talent Monitor and update the ATS to ensure accurate candidate tracking Verify caregiver credentials and ensure compliance with state-specific certifications Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and hiring trends Skills & Qualifications Hard Skills: 1. Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) 2. Strong understanding of homecare roles and requirements 3. Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean searches 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English B2+ or C1 6.
