Our Account Management team plays a crucial role in building strong client relationships and executing effective operational strategies. We’re currently seeking an Account Manager to join our team and support our continued growth. About The Role
As an Account Manager at SellCord, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and overseeing their success on Walmart Marketplace. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure product launches, strategic execution, and consistent client communication. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing e-commerce environment. Roles And Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations for assigned accounts and act as the primary point of contact Prepare and deliver performance updates, replenishment reports, and meeting recaps Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product launches and task execution Coordinate with advertising managers to optimize client campaign performance Monitor sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends and make recommendations Maintain strong client relationships through timely and professional communication
Skills And Qualifications
Passion for e-commerce and client service Experience with tools such as Slack, ClickUp, GSuite, Excel, Loom, and Monitask Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment High emotional intelligence and ability to adapt to different client styles Strong organizational and time management skills A reliable computer and internet connection Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
