From prototype to real-world impact - be part of a global shift by doing work that matters. **Main duties**: - Drafting/Negotiation/Reviewing high volume of commercial contracts including Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Supplier Contracts, Licensing Agreements, Data Privacy and Security Agreements. - Liaising with internal business clients and stakeholders as well as external clients and stakeholders to ensure timely review, negotiation, and adherence with internal policies and practices. - Coordinate the drafting, review, and proper execution of all contracts with business units, service lines, IT, HR, Legal and Finance, as applicable. - Formulate contract/commercial risk assessments and deliver contract briefings. - Collaborate with project teams to fully understand the products and/or services being provided and develop contract document templates. - Establish positive and productive relationships with contract requestor(s), project teams, and senior leadership involved in contract process. - Research legal issues and engage in fact gathering and checking to provide support to senior legal team on all assigned legal matters. - Effective use of contract management tools / systems / automation **Qualifications** Required Qualifications**: - ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution and a **postgraduate degree in Commercial Law**. - ** Experience**: 3-4 years of post-graduate experience at a recognized top law firm. - ** Language Proficiency**: C1 or greater English proficiency (written and spoken). - ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
