Number- 13755- more **Your tasks**: - STRATEGIC - Keep the company’s functions manual updated and ensure that the staff know and fulfill their functions. - Coordinate the training of personnel in policies, standards and procedures related to the position and functions they perform. - Execute and control the salary policy approved by the Board of Directors and the General Management, evaluating and proposing remuneration alternatives. Manage the salary scale and its rules, analyzing the positions in terms of functions and responsibilities, so that there is a fair relationship between the performance of the work and the remuneration granted, generating competitiveness and internal equity. - Draft and have the company's policies related to Human Resources approved by management, leaving a physical document of the change or creation of a policy and then making it known to employees. - Manage and promote labor welfare programs that are useful to improve the quality of life of workers. - Plan, manage and control performance evaluation activities with suggestions for continuous improvement of human resource performance in the company. - Schedule and coordinate the delivery of supplies to employees, exercising control of requests and deliveries to comply with legal obligations and company’s policies. OPERATIVE - Preparation of monthly Payroll. - Preparation of social security form on the official platform. - Communication with social security system entities.
