PURPOSE OF WORK If you're passionate about standardization in manufacturing, then this role is for you! WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE? Identify savings opportunities within the framework of the UMS methodology to fulfill the site's savings plan. Execute Major and/or advanced Kaizen / Capex projects. Propose/implement technological updates for process improvements according to the state of the art. Detect training needs based on the loss trees of each line or according to the needs of the factory. Train the required personnel according to the defined training needs. Identify savings opportunities within the framework of the WCM methodology to fulfill the site's savings plan. Execute major and/or advanced Kaizen / Capex projects to generate at least 10 times salary in hard savings based on factory priorities. Propose technological updates for process improvements according to the state of the art. Detect training needs based on the loss trees of each line or according to the needs of the factory. Train the required personnel according to the defined training needs. Ensure understanding of the operating principles of equipment and processes for all personnel. Develop, update and improve the technical standards of the lines. Technical support to crews in root cause identification for Quick and Standard Kaizen. Analyze and optimize production systems using the WCM methodology and KPIs established in the MMP Code Data. Address chronic losses and waste on the lines according to WCM prioritization using the tools and methodologies of the AM, PM, FI, and QC pillars. Attend relevant meetings according to the FOS 2.0 model and change management flow. Actively participate in site failure analysis (FMEA). Co-lead PSM element and activity description in the Standard Framework. Actively participate in the Corporate Quality, 5S, WCM and SHE Programs stipulated in the company. Always act safely, with yourself, other people and the company's material assets. Perform other functions inherent to your position and/or those assigned or delegated by your boss or the company. Lead/co-lead the assigned elements of the Integrated Management System, in accordance with the Management System Structure and according to definitions established in the Quality and SHE Management Manuals. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Ratings Food, industrial, electronic, mechatronic, mechanical, electrical or chemical engineer Application of continuous improvement tools to production processes with multidisciplinary work teams, preferably WCM, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, TOC methodologies, packaging technology for production processes, preferably home and/or personal care, utilities management.
