The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and scaling global organizations, with expertise in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and financial oversight. Job Summary: - Develop and implement strategic plans to build and scale global operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment with global strategies and business goals. - Maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders and communicate key findings and recommendations. - Provide guidance on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements. Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in HR, sourcing, and procurement for building out teams correlated to international operations. - Background in establishing roadmaps related to financing, pricing structures, budget, and related aspects. - Executive stakeholder management experience across various levels and functions. - Well-versed in Colombia employment and related laws, restrictions, and practices.
