Pricing Manager Job Description: This exciting opportunity is based in Bogotá, Colombia, where you will play a key role in establishing analysis and policy tools for decision-making, pricing, and divisional contribution for the Andean, Central America, and Caribbean region. - Design pricing activities for the Caribbean, Colombia, North Central America, South Central America, Venezuela, Ecuador, and Peru for quotations required by the commercial team. - Analyze budgeted vs. executed month to month for decision making and financial impact, as well as manage the budget of the cost center of the Finance area of Taste & Wellbeing ANCAM to develop training and capacity building. - Help implement each strategic plan in the respective areas to meet sales targets, price increases, and divisional contributions. - Provide objective costs in quotations and price control processes to help capture or defend business. - Provide marginal contribution and divisional contribution reports to management and business direction to provide early warning of deviations and proposed corrections. - Define how profitable the local resale and manufacturing operation is being. - Lead and implement the annual profitability protection plan, which includes projects such as Rebound, review of formulas with portfolio, review of production SITE with creations, relocation of production to local SITE with operations, etc. - Manage pricing approval processes and approve requirements that meet Givaudan's internal financial policy parameters to maintain required standards. - Help create the annual business plan together with the commercial areas, providing the financial vision on this plan to ensure the long-term fulfillment of controlling objectives. - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or other relevant areas. - At least 5 years in industry pricing or finance, account management, or sales coordination role in F&B; industry or experience in Flavour/Fragrance industry in Commercial or FC&A; area. - Former Pricing experience is a must-have, and team management experience is desirable. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office. - Experience with pricing mechanisms, including profitability. - Preferably previous SAP experience.
