Purpose: This role involves developing and adopting therapies in the Andean Region (Colombia & Ecuador). It partners with product marketing to design and execute a therapy development plan aligned with Boston Scientific's strategic priorities and the Cardiology division. The role ensures the territory meets portfolio strategy and sales objectives. Functions: Market assessment: Collaborate with Product Marketing to gather KOL feedback, validate assumptions, and support customer targeting, segmentation, and messaging. Define requirements for market development programs to support new technology introductions. Lead market therapy analysis for Modern PCI, focusing on calcium portfolio, competitors, behavior patterns, pricing, clinical data, and objection management. Identify key accounts, healthcare professionals, and issues impacting product use. Classify their clinical needs and goals to determine how therapies can provide comprehensive healthcare solutions. Identify patient journey and referral network opportunities for Modern PCI and Calcium therapies, from referral sources to primary care physicians. Map the national installed base of Modern PCI technology and identify new business opportunities through demand generation strategies. Collaborate with sales teams and clinical specialists during pre-selling activities, including engaging KOLs, advisory boards, and training. Advise on technology and therapy knowledge, communicating clinical benefits and value propositions during sales cycles. Work with technical support teams during pre- and post-sales, managing equipment and supporting clinical procedures. Supervise equipment installation and provide case assistance in operating rooms. Travel: 70% field, regional/national travel; 30% planning and analysis. What are we looking for in you Required Qualifications: Degree in biomedical engineering, nursing, or related fields with experience in hemodynamic labs. Experience managing biomedical capital equipment in clinical or commercial roles. At least 1 year of experience in demand generation or sales. Intermediate English (B1 level). Availability for local, regional, and international travel. Skills: Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable. Data analysis and forecasting skills. Planning and execution capabilities. Effective written and verbal communication with healthcare stakeholders. Technical support skills in biomedical capital equipment and technologies.
