Our mission is to make natural health solutions both accessible and effective, supported by rigorous research and compliance. **Natural Cure Labs Mission**: To empower individuals on their wellness journey by providing high-quality, naturally derived supplements supported by research. **Natural Cure Labs Vision**: To enable a culture of wellness, where individuals make informed choices and have access to natural products to live healthy, confident, and fulfilled lives. **Primary Role Objectives**: - **Drive paid ad performance** - Optimize Google, Meta, and TikTok ad spend, creative, and targeting - **Create SEO-driven content** - Build a library of blogs and educational content that ranks and converts️️️ - **Develop and manage Klaviyo automations** - Improve lifecycle marketing via segmentation and flows️ - **Rebuild our social media strategy** - Create and manage organic social content across key platforms **Success Scorecard for the role**: - **Optimize paid ad performance** across **Google (Search, Shopping, pMax), Meta, and TikTok Shop** (reduce CPC and ACOS, increase ROI) - **Design high-performing creative** that “stops the scroll” and supports A/B testing strategies - **Develop high-ranking SEO blog content** across multiple websites that attracts and converts (20+ articles / month) - **Build and optimize automated Klaviyo flows** for welcome, post-purchase, and abandoned cart series - **Design and write weekly newsletters** to drive open and click-through rates with engaging content and promotions - **Overhaul our social media strategy** with consistent, compliant content and high-engagement form **Regular Role Activities**: **1. Paid Advertising Management (30%)** - Create and manage **Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads** campaigns - Build **scroll-stopping ad creatives** and test hooks, headlines, and CTAs - Optimize campaigns for **ACOS, CPC, CTR, and ROAS** **2. SEO Content Marketing (25%)** - Develop and publish SEO-optimized blog content across multiple web properties - Conduct keyword research and content gap analysis - Write educational articles that attract, engage, and convert visitors - Create and optimize automated flows: welcome, post-purchase, abandoned cart, win-back - Segment audiences and build lifecycle campaigns - Track performance and optimize based on open/click/conversion rates **4. Weekly Newsletter Execution (15%)** - Monitor and improve open and click-through rates **5.
