As of December 31, 2023, the Group employed 5,497 people in 14 countries. Responsibilities: Control operations: 1. Represents program management within the plant; 2. Coordinates and challenges all site stakeholders to remain compliant with the scoping letter: 1. Participate in S&O; process under the lead of Planning; 2. Within S&O; process, prepare and manage the STEM weekly meeting (Short Term Exception Meeting); 3. Know forecasted & historical OTD for your program. - Control end-to-end impacts from supply chain (from missing component to customer delivery); - Identify contractual discrepancies with customers & suppliers, and collect evidence for claims; - Coordinate OPCs from upstream sites; - Coordinate OPCs from other manufacturing sites. Manage customer relations: 1. Familiar with contractual obligations & customer communication principles; 2. Control commitments involving the plant towards customers (e.g., buffer, tooling, etc.); 3. Analyze customer orderbook before ERP import (versus contract and sales plan); 4. Ensure customer demand is uploaded in ERP; 5. Provide visibility on missing parts (outstanding work, late deliveries, etc.); 6. Negotiate OTD collaboration pre- and post-delivery with customers based on weekly process results and actual deliveries; 7. Follow-up on outstanding work until handover to program management. Report to program management: 1. Represent the plant within the Program core team; 2. Escalate risks impacting OTD and/or costs to program and plant directors, including serial revenue and invoicing follow-up. Manage Business Community Plan (BCP): 1. Ensure risk analysis within the plant for all products and processes linked to its program; 2. Identify mitigation actions, including backup plant and transfer plans; 3. Test BCP applicability. Requirements: - Bachelor’s or Engineering degree preferred; - Over 3 years of industry experience; - Proven program/project management skills; - Experience with demand management and control; - Proficiency in SAP or other ERP software; - Fluent in English; French is a plus; - Proficient in Microsoft Office; - Self-disciplined, detailed-oriented, and able to work independently; - Excellent communication and leadership skills; - Customer-focused, proactive, strategic, and analytical thinker; - Committed to continuous improvement.
