We are looking for a highly analytical and process-driven Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will support the alignment of sales, marketing, and customer success operations to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing tools, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing workflows across the revenue funnel.Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to streamline processes and improve data flow - Maintain and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other RevOps tools - Develop and monitor dashboards and reports to track KPIs and revenue performance - Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and recommend improvements - Support forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning - Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms - Assist in onboarding and training team members on tools and processes Qualifications: - 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) - Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) HubSpot IS A MUST. - Excellent communication and project management skills - Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities - Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, 6Sense) this is a must.
