📢 SAP PM Business Partner – PART-TIME | REMOTE + TRAVEL | LATAM At Sapindex, we are currently supporting an international SAP rollout and looking for an experienced SAP PM Business Partner for a part-time assignment. 📍 Location: Remote from LATAM, with occasional travel to Tijuana 🗓 Duration: July 2025 – November 2026 💼 Workload: Part-time 🛫 Travel: Up to once every two weeks during key project phases 🌐 Time Zone: Must be able to work in Tijuana (Pacific) time 🗣 Languages: Advanced/Fluent English required Requisitos 🔹 Key Responsibilities Coordinate between the consulting team and the client’s project management. Monitor activities, risks, and progress of SAP PM-related deliverables. Validate SAP configurations, developments, and master data in line with project objectives. Support GMP validation, documentation, and audit trail processes. Assist with system testing: test plan creation, execution, and issue tracking. Deliver training to key users (documentation + remote/on-site support). Participate in cutover planning and go-live readiness. Provide stabilization and hypercare support during post-go-live phases. 🔍 Required Profile Strong knowledge of SAP best practices, documentation, and training. Previous experience in validated and regulated environments (GxP) is a strong plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills. Comfortable in hybrid client-consultant settings, including occasional travel. Business Partner role with strong functional knowledge (not strictly required but valued). Ability to act as a change advocate and support change management processes. Experience in project phases, UAT testing, training delivery, and process governance. High level of English is mandatory.
