Location: Barranquilla, Colombia (On-Site) Type: Full Time | Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM Base Salary: $3.000.000 Were looking for an experienced and engaging Call Center Trainer to develop and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call center operations, excellent training and facilitation skills, and a passion for helping others succeed. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing representatives, focusing on product knowledge, customer service skills, and call-handling techniques - Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentation materials - Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted training programs to address them - Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions to small and large groups of representatives - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with call center management to develop and implement training strategies that align with business objectives - Provide feedback and coaching to representatives to improve performance and address skill gaps - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve training programs Requirements and Skills - Associate's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field - At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering training programs - Excellent training, facilitation, and presentation skills - Strong knowledge of call center operations, customer service principles, and adult learning theory - Ability to design and develop engaging training materials and programs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with representatives at all levels - Ability to analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs - Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms Ready to make a real impact and grow your career while helping others succeed?
