In this role, you will communicate with influencers and celebrity reps across the US Hispanic and LATAM markets, primarily within the beauty industry. Your responsibilities include confirming talent for activations, ensuring clear, on-brand, and prompt outreach, and supporting event logistics. This role demands strong organizational skills, creativity, and a proactive approach to talent communication. If you are highly organized, passionate about connecting with influencers, quick to act, and eager to work with industry leaders, this position is for you. Your Skills - Execute personalized outreach to influencers via email, DMs, and agency contacts, especially in the beauty sector. - Track communications, follow-ups, and update statuses accurately. - Confirm influencer participation, aligning with campaign deliverables, rates, and schedules. - Support event activations by managing logistics and confirmations. - Escalate delays or issues to internal teams. - Collaborate with Campaign Managers and List Builders for seamless execution. - Log outreach efforts and influencer statuses in our CRM. - Monitor Tik Tok, Instagram, and industry news for trending creators and outreach opportunities. - Develop creative strategies to contact hard-to-reach creators. What You’ll Do Exceptionally - Write respectful, compelling messages that reflect Influur’s voice. - Handle complex or sensitive communications professionally. - Quickly and accurately confirm talent, turning briefs into booked creators. - Build rapport with influencers and reps for long-term partnerships. - Use creative tactics to reach elusive talent. - Follow up persistently and tactfully. - Manage your pipeline efficiently and move quickly. Ideal Candidate - Based in LATAM, fluent in English and Spanish, culturally connected and globally aware. - Possesses 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or communications (internships included). - Communicates clearly, empathetically, and confidently. - Proactive, organized, and creative in problem-solving. - Enthusiastic about social media, pop culture, and influencer economy trends. - Familiar with outreach tools, influencer platforms, and CRM systems. - Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with tight deadlines.
