About The Role As a Payments Analyst, you will be responsible for accurately and promptly processing refund requests from our merchants across seven LATAM countries, ensuring compliance with each country's established protocols. What You Will Do Ensure correct and timely preparation of payments to businesses at the Latam level (7 countries) following the protocols established in each country. Support and accompaniment in projects and initiatives of the payment team. Monitoring of management indicators. Management of tickets requested by our businesses and internal customers. Perform bank reconciliation (Bank vs Admin). What You Need To Succeed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Accounting, or related fields. 2 years of experience in financial institutions (banks), in Treasury, or customer service areas. Preferred experience in payment platforms, electronic payments, or fintech. Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in Excel. Intermediate English proficiency.
