The Director of Talent Attraction and Engagement is a key leadership position within the UnitedHealth Group Talent Office. This role owns our overall talent attraction strategy for Optum Colombia. This leader will establish a strong partnership with our talent acquisition partners and drive collaboration. The position reports to the Vice President of Talent Marketing for UnitedHealth Group. **Main Responsibilities.** - Drives strategy and operations for the end-to-end talent attraction and engagement team serving the company. - Own relationships with talent marketing agencies, including a QBR and/or annual reviews, assessment of the health of our contracts and annual planning execution. - Understand enterprise-wide talent acquisition needs and forecasts, ensuring the team is tailored to the unique needs of talent functions, people and geographies. - Understands and knows the UnitedHealth Group and Optum business model, as well as the component businesses and the role they play in the broader model. - Understands the unique business needs and implications for talent with nuance by geography in the talent marketing ecosystem - Partners closely with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to ensure business needs are met and align with talent engagement strategies - Maintain strong relationship management with key stakeholders across business teams, human capital and enterprise. - Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of talent attraction and engagement - Maintain strong relationship management with key stakeholders in the business, human capital and corporate teams. **Required Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - English and Spanish Proficiency - 5+years of demonstrated success building/leading talent or consumer marketing teams and delivering value through driving exceptional digital and mobile experiences aligned to business outcomes - 5+years of proven thought leadership and a track record of results in employment branding, talent marketing or employee advocacy - Prior talent marketing agency leadership experience is helpful but not required - Experience with engagement planning - Proven writing/editing skills across multiple channels and audiences - Experience demonstrating persuasive skills and diplomacy to influence results without hierarchical authority - Experience demonstrating a passion for innovation, quality, talent experience and efficiency Key Words: Talent Acquisition, Engagement, Strategy, Recruiting, Technology, Early Career, Leadership, Bogota, Colombia.
