HR Admin and Lead Generation (Independent Contractor) This range is provided by Doerly Works. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $6.00/hr - $8.00/hr **$6-$8 per hour Overview We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented HR professional to provide high-level HR, research, and presentation support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on HR experience, a creative eye for designing compelling client presentations, and the initiative to suggest ideas and improve processes. This role requires comfort working with large data sets, sourcing potential clients, and supporting hiring needs from end to end. You will work closely with leadership to create professional materials, research and identify target companies, manage hiring workflows, and deliver accurate, visually appealing, and insightful reports to clients. Key Responsibilities HR Support Write, edit, and post job descriptions for open roles. Format candidate resumes to align with client and company standards. Support hiring workflows, from sourcing candidates to preparing submission materials. Maintain and update accurate candidate and client records in CRM or ATS systems. Research and identify potential client companies (especially on LinkedIn) for outreach related to hiring needs. Build targeted prospect lists and track outreach progress. Suggest new lead generation strategies and share insights based on market trends. Presentation & Design Creation Create engaging and branded client presentations using Canva, Storydoc, or similar tools . Develop one-pagers, proposals, and visual assets for client and internal use. Ensure all presentation materials maintain brand consistency and visual impact. Data Management & Reporting Work with large Excel data sets, including cleaning, organizing, and pulling insights. Create and format reports for clients, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Maintain organized trackers for candidate pipelines, client contacts, and project status. Assist with ad hoc research and administrative projects. Communicate proactively with the team, offering suggestions for improvements. Qualifications HR experience is required , including writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and formatting resumes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, conditional formatting) and working with large data sets. Skilled in presentation tools. Strong research skills with proven experience in lead generation, especially via LinkedIn. Ability to design professional, visually appealing client materials. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with the confidence to make recommendations and share opinions. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
