HR Admin Analyst at BairesDev As an HR Admin Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and resolving HR-ADM inquiries from employees and managers, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of monthly updates such as New hires, Checkouts, and salary adjustments. You will be responsible for overseeing the compilation, validation, and data entry of the companys monthly news, safeguarding the integrity of all corporate information. You will collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure seamless operations and compliance with established protocols. The role involves preparing detailed reports for management, documenting processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and service delivery. What Youll Do: - Oversee the compilation, validation, and data entry of the companys monthly news, ensuring accuracy and reliability. - Manage and safeguard all corporate information. - Act as the first point of contact for questions and requests made by our employees and managers for issues related to HR-ADM. - Collaborate in the interaction between the HR-ADM area and other internal areas or external entities/providers. - Contribute to the documentation of the areas processes and analyze potential improvements. - Prepare reports required by management or other control areas. What we are looking for: - Administrative Analyst or HR Analyst with at least 1 year of experience. - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. - Problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset. - Excellent communication abilities. - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. - Advanced level of English.
