Senior Graphic & Web Designer Monthly Salary: $1,600 – $2,000 Location: latam (Remote) Schedule: 9am - 5pm EST What You’ll Do This role is split into two key components—Digital (primary) and Print (secondary). You’ll work across departments to bring creative visions to life through eye-catching visuals, intuitive web experiences, and polished video content. Primary: Digital Design & Production Enhance and update our website, with a focus on performance and UX Design assets for paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Edit short-form and long-form videos for marketing and social media Optimize images and media for fast load times and consistent branding Develop dynamic ad creatives, banners, and web graphics Secondary: Print Design (Project-Based) Design print materials such as brochures, appointment leave-behinds, and newspaper ads Requirements A visual storyteller with a strong design portfolio across both digital and print Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment Excellent communication and high English proficiency (accent is not a factor) Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign CapCut or similar modern video editing platforms Strong understanding of digital layout, typography, and color theory Experience with Webflow (design and development) Basic to intermediate 3D animation or motion graphics
